Smashburger in Westerville

The staff has always been so friendly and the food is always made fresh. . . great burger and the smash fries are AMAZING.

Great place for the hungry or healthy. I ordered the classic smash burger, or was amazing and cooked fresh. The awesome thing was I let the cashier know that this was my first time she helped me pointing net favorites. I found out that you substitute for chicken or even a bean burger. Let's not get too hasty, I want the beef. We were there 3pm on a Friday and it was light traffic. By the way order the shake, they'll bring you the leftover shake to your table.

Always fresh and delicious. Now they have roasted brussel sprouts. They are delicious! Not soggy at all.

The recommendation for the Spicy Baha Double was really appreciated. The ingredients were fresh and flavor was amazing. Smash fries were good as well.

Very good food. Burgers are great, smash fries are great, and milkshakes are great. Giving it 3 stars because it is very expensive and you cannot order combo meals to bring the price down.

Store was clean, service was quick, food was fresh & great. Boyfriend noticed they had charging stations!

They don’t know the difference between a side and an add on. I ordered a burger and a side of fried pickles. Saw the cook ask the front about the fried pickles order and asked how many with-a confused look on his face..... never would I thought that they would add a side onto the burger. I wonder if I would had order fired if it would have come on it as well.

Always good food and service is pretty fast as well.

Friendly and inviting staff. We meet up with a group there every other Monday and they are fabulous with us. The food is always hot and fresh and we really enjoy the dining experience there. Their fried Brussel sprouts are all the rave.

Amazing burgers and fries! First time trying it last week and now I am hooked! Me and my friend were so happy that we went to try this place out on a whim. Their fries even weirdly remind me of the type of fries Burger King used to make when I was a kid in the early 2000's. Prices aren't even that bad either. I can get a whole meal here cheaper than at Five Guys and it tastes better. Will definitely go again

Excellent food. Exceptional service. A bit too pricey for every day but worth every penny. They are my special place to go when I want to treat myself to the best burger anywhere.

The price is higher than normal burger joints, but about the same as other gourmet burgers. The food and Smash Rewards more than compensate for that though. Their milkshakes are the best (even better than local ice cream shops), except they only have one size and it is tiny as all get out. They need larger size milkshakes!

Zachary, needs to work on his customer service and listening skills. I advised him that last time I had visited the blue cheese I had requested on my burger was missing and that per the previous manager to let the cashier know on my next visit and I would not have to pay the additional cost. I was charged and for the very, very, very small amount of blue cheese that was put on was not worth the additional $0.70. By time I got home my bag was covered in grease. The haystack onion were under cooked and VERY greasy, my dogs would not even eat them. The bacon on the bacon double cheeseburger was under cooked and gross, both cheeseburger were oozing of grease. Second time at this location with a very bad experience each time I will not return or recommend this Smashburger in Westerville.

ordered pickup, two burgers , one without onions, got home and both had onions, double check order before leaving next time, other than that, good food at a good price and fast service.

I did not like! First time I bought it, I paid for an egg and it didn't come, I ordered it without pickles and it came with it, the onion is horrible and I sincerely won't buy it anymore. lack of attention at work

It's a burger, nothing more!If I'm basing my review off of the experience then it's a 5, The place is clean, well laid out, plenty of sitting areas, workers are nice, quick and make sure you get everything your looking for. But the food is "eh", it's just a burger and I got the fries as a side and they're "eh" as well. Great place and people, average food, at best!

Service with a smile, clean facility, comfortable temps year round....Smash club is awesome! I’ve received free shakes, free sides, and (several times) $10 off my order! AND they have a charging station! (Would appreciate more than 1, though)

The food wasn't hot and the milkshake was very thin. I would have rather gone to Steak N' Shake. Better milkshake for sure.

I ordered through grubhub, food arrived on time but was ice cold (it was only 40 mins from time of order until drop off), the haystack onions was over $3 and the order was only half full and too cold to eat. With ordering 3rd party, u expect things to be a little cooler but the food was all COLD. The cup of ranch was warmer than the food. The taste was pretty good on the burger tho. This was my first time ordering smashburger and I won't be back. Im so disappointed.

First visit food was delicious. Burgers was small for the price. Burger, small fries and small drink just under $11 a bit pricey.

This place is so good!!! They are a little pricy but it’s definitely worth it!! Highly recommend the crispy chicken avocado sandwich. Their buns are so good too! Also, they have a really good drink variety. OH! Almost forgot about their fries!!!! Rosemary with olive oil. Best. Fries. Ever.

Food is good. Took half an hour to get two burgers, fries, and a chocolate shake. When we got in the car my son checked the order and they didn't give us his burger. He had to go back in and wait another 15 min for the second burger. By the time we got home the food was cold, but it still tasted good out of the microwave. I think you could do better for $25.

First time ever trying SmashBurger. The cashier was awesome! Super helpful and friendly. He explained everything on the menu for us, and gave a couple recommendations. The food was just as ordered, fast, hot, and most importantly it was really good.

Food was tasty but we waited almost 20 minutes for it to be served after ordering. Also, no towels/hand dryer in the ladies bathroom (don't worry, I wasn't in there - my wife was!!) Everything could've been a few degrees warmer as well but still tasty. 5 stars for taste & price but minus 2 for food temperature, long wait & no way for my wife to dry her hands other than on her jeans.

I am so disappointed. We love Smashburger and for some reason, when my daughter chooses this establishment for her 14th Birthday party, the entire order stinks of old grease, everything is bitter and tastes awful, and I even told them to stop complaining because we know how amazing this place is there is NO WAY the food is bad. When I sat to eat my own food, I found they were right the entire time. It was awful. I'm so sad, we ruined her party by ordering from here tonight. So incredibly sad.
